訪問先に向かう途中で、手土産を購入しようと近くに洋菓子店を探し、このお店に寄りました。
西武多摩湖線・一橋学園駅エリア。

外観からして、見るからに昭和から続くような街の洋菓子店。狭い店内に入り、小さなショーケースから、直感的にケーキを選択 笑
お店の方も、街の老舗洋菓子店らしい非常にアットホームな対応でした。
訪問先で僕もショートケーキを頂きましたが、派手さはなく、まさにクラシカルなショートケーキ。
生クリームが甘すぎず、僕にはちょうど良い甘さ。
スポンジの部分も非常にクラシカル。
決してきめ細かい感じではありません。
でも、落ち着くわ〜
なんか、ホッとする感じ。
訪問先の評判も良かったです♪
