蕎麦が食べたくなり、行ったことがない、ちょっと面白そうなお店を検索。
サイクリングロード沿いにあるみたいなのですが、それらしき景色を見た記憶が・・・
ここに決めたので出発。
どこだろう❔
地図からすると・・・で見つかったのは住宅街。
ご自宅を改装されたようです。
玄関を開けると、そこにはテーブル席が広がってました。
着席して、メニューを眺める。
辛味大根そばの冷やし。
野菜の天ぷらも頼んでみます。
しばし待っていると完成。
そばは、二八そば。
ザルに盛り付けてあります。
喉越しも良く、スルスルと啜れます。
カエシと辛味大根。
辛味大根はビシッと辛さを楽しめて、カエシを吸わせて二八そばと一緒に啜る。
これぞ辛味大根そばと言う感じで食べ進む。
野菜の天ぷらは5種類。
かぼちゃ、なす、にんじん、しめじ、ししとう。
サクサクと食べ進んで完食。
雰囲気の良いお店でした。
