前から行きたかったこちらのお店。
土曜の12時ごろ入店でほぼ満員。常連さんのおじさん多し。
店内のカウンターはお世辞でも広いとは言えませんが、いい感じです。もちろん立ち飲み。突き当たりにテラスがあり、そこも立ちですがかなりの賑わい。
大瓶550円でスタート。名前を聞かれます。その後焼きあがると名前で呼ばれます。
レバーたれ、タンしお、シロたれを注文。
こんなに大きな焼き鳥は見たことなく、どれもおいしいです。
追加でハツとカシラを塩で。特にカシラがジューシーで美味しい。ニンニクペースト、七味、マヨネーズなど調味料がいろいろあり、自分好みの味に変化できます。
追加でホッピーセット330円。やっぱこういうところはホッピーですね！
カウンターでお土産の焼き物も注文できました。写真撮り忘れましたが、鳥皮のボリュームが半端なく、串に巻き付けてありました。
これは毎週行きたくなるのもわかります。
