武蔵野線から西武線の乗り換えのたびにああ美味しそう。と もう30年くらいずっと頭から離れないお店の光景。
勇気を出して 入店。運良く1人分隙間あり、入れました！
中に入ってびっくり！あらまあ 夢にまで見た焼き鳥屋さん 実はガス焼きでした。
値段は串100円。すごく安い！肉は特大。お客さんはひっきりなし。すごいエネルギー感じます。
でも ガス焼きの焼き物は水分不足気味です。
頼んで串が来るまで30分
火力が弱いのかしら？
シロは自分でハサミで切るようご指導。
東南アジアの屋台みたい。雰囲気を楽しむ 大衆立ち飲み屋さんと言う感想。
味はともかく 元気をいただきました。
憧れが一つなくなりましたがハッピー。
