東村山での商用を終えてから東村山駅に向かう途中でランチ利用で初入店となります。
オーダーは二種有るランチセットメニューからＢランチのもつ煮うどんランチ＠９００円（税込）を冷たいうどんで丼は穴子でお願いしました。
約１０分位で提供となりまたが穴子丼の穴子は揚げたての熱々となります。うどんは歯応えのあるタイプでワシワシと頂きます。もつ煮のつけ汁は熱々で良い塩加減でうどんを浸して食べるには丁度良い塩梅となります。食べ終えるタイミングでうどん湯の提供も有りつけ汁を割って完飲しました。食べ応えが有り腹パンで店を後にしました。
次回は蕎麦も試してみようと思います。
