仕事で東村山を訪問
駅前はファストチェーン店が立ち並んでいますが、少し離れた所にお店はあります。
店頭で品定めをしていると常連さんから「ココは美味しいよ」と声を掛けられ期待値アップ
店内に入りかき揚げそば(¥950)＋大盛り(¥250)を注文しました。
しばらくすると羽根のように器からはみ出したかき揚げが到着。かき揚げ好きにはたまらないフォルムです。
熱々の十割蕎麦は水分を多く含みねっとりとした食感でそばの風味がダイレクトに伝わる美味しさ。十割蕎麦を千円以下で食べられるのは非常にリーズナブルです。
かき揚げもカリカリで間違いなし、蕎麦つゆに浸して食べると旨さ倍増は言うまでもありません。
また東村山を訪問した際は伺いたいお店です、ご馳走様でした。
