天保元年麹町にて創業。 |
久米川駅周辺では貴重なうどん・そば屋さん。
いぶくろ１２分め。は巴屋さんのうどんが時々、無性～に食べたくなるんです(´▽｀）
店内は１２～３人は入れるのかな？私はお昼時間帯を少し外して行くことが
多いので満席状態には遭遇していませんが、店内はこじんまりしているので
満席になったらさぞ動きづらいだろうなって思っちゃいます。
☆料理について☆
私は少し前に「揚げもちおろしうどん（冷）」にハマって以来、いまだに
３回に２回はこのメニューを注文します。
（冷）だと底の浅いお皿にどどーん！とうどんがのっていて、カラッと揚げたお餅
（2等分したものが4つ＝餅2個分）にカイワレ＆ダイコンオロシ!!!
(温）の方も食べてみましたが、個人的に揚げ餅おろしうどんは(冷)がオススメです♪
こちらに行くと、定番のもりそば、天ぷらうどんにカレー南蛮etc...豊富なメニューに目移りし、
更に季節によっては別メニューが加わるのでもう大変！
ちなみに冬の時期には牡蠣うどん（そば）/牡蠣カレー南蛮なんていうメニューがあります。
こちらは大ぶりな牡蠣が入っており、食べ応えもあります。
温うどん・蕎麦のおつゆはおそらく甘めの部類に入ると思いますが、美味しいです＾＾
また、巴屋さんは意外に麺の量が多めのため、比較的CPが良いお店だと思います。
店内も、そして出てくる麺類も昔ながらのお蕎麦屋さんのたたずまい。
決してオシャレな雰囲気ではないのだけれど、その着飾らないところがホッとするお店。
これからも地元の人の食事処として続いてほしいなぁ！
