[Homme no Hosomichi:575] If you have chicken heart, you have heart.
========== [a:http://tabelog.com/rvwr/000094547/diarydtl/81628/, [Om's narrow path] series] ========== Hmm, everywhere. Tomoe-ya, Wa-mo-sukiya, and Hidaka-ya were all crowded (;´Д`), so I passed by and thought I'd try some curry at Sangam, and I was like, Wow(´・Д・)'' Oh, that's true. Kai(`・ω・´) No hesitation\(//∇//)\ Visited the store at 12:35. I took a seat at the counter and looked at the menu. I thought the lunch menu consisted of 6 types, mainly fried chicken, but apparently I was looking at the ``owner's recommended menu'' (^◇^;) There are many other things (but currently, the menu is available at the end of January 2021) (A limited menu is available). Well, I've decided what I'm going to order (`・ω・´) I order the ``Oyako DE Omelette Rice (850 yen)'' in a ``large size (? yen)'' and look around the store. The long and narrow interior of the store has a slightly dark impression. Although the number of customers is sparse, there are many people takeaway. The people at Uber Eats are also changing. So the store clerk seems to be busy too. BGM is a local location program. Completed in 9 minutes. It's an omelet with a wide base and a fluffy egg on top. The wavy plate is somehow fashionable. Sprouts added color to the omelet, and it came with potage soup. See you soon. Let's start with the soup. The thick potage is piping hot and creamy. It has a solid-like (well, not solid) muddy feel that keeps it hot until the end. I ate it between meals of omu. So, it's omelet ( ̄▽ ̄) The sauce that is generously poured on top has a meaty taste similar to meat sauce. It has a rich, creamy flavor and conveys the sourness of the tomatoes perfectly. The rice is white but juicy, it doesn't look like it's just plain white rice. It tastes like chicken stock may have been used. There's a lot of soft chicken inside, which is fun ヽ(´▽`)/ The eggs are fluffy, plentiful, and have a strong presence. I finished it all at once while eating the sprouts. The volume is huge. Is it too much cream? I don't like the omelet to be so rich that it makes me feel that way, but I was satisfied with the omelet, which lived up to the name "Oyako" with plenty of eggs and chicken ヽ(´▽`)/ The customer service was impeccable. . The bill is 990 yen, excluding tax, and a large portion is 50 yen + tax, right? I'm also interested in the fried chicken set meal served with yangnyeom, so I'm planning to visit again (*^ω^*)

It hadn't been open for lunch for a while, but when I thought it was open for the first time in a while, it turned out to be a chicken paitan Ramen restaurant for lunch. (PS: The number of food items has increased, and the business days are irregular? Although it was open on Saturdays and Sundays.) Visited the store at 12:40. Ramen only comes in white (salt) and black (soy sauce) chicken broth. The rest is a substitute egg and cheese rice for finishing. In addition, there are side dishes such as fried chicken, seasoned egg quail, and potato salad, as well as sweets such as ice cream and Daifuku. (As of August 2021, rice menus such as Oyako-don (Chicken and egg bowl) and fried chicken are increasing.) Let's start from the top of the menu. I order "Chicken Paitan Ramen Shiro" (750 yen) and look around the store. Hasn't the interior changed in particular? It seems like there is something called Gyoza Bao. It looks like a soup Gyoza / Dumpling shaped like a peach. It took a while, probably because I wasn't used to it yet, but it was completed in 12 minutes. A lemon slice is placed in the center. And yuzu pepper on the edge. See you soon. The noodles are chewy, medium thick and slightly wavy. The thickness of the chicken broth is just right for its thickness. The chicken char siu on top is cooked at low heat and is moist. The seasoning is light and it softens the strength of the soup. Other ingredients include thin green onions, mizuna, and fried onions? And two quail eggs. It has a lot of flavor and doesn't taste weird. It looks like it's going to take a while to boil, so I'd like to order a second helping of rice as soon as possible. Call for "kaedama (150 yen)". I probably should have squeezed the lemon first, because it sank into the soup and my hands got dirty (-_-;) Hmm, it's medium-thick noodles so it takes a while, so ordering early would be a good idea. It will probably take 5 or 6 minutes to complete. But it's not very filling ( ̄▽ ̄) I added yuzu pepper and lemon to change the taste, and I finished it all at once. I thought adding yuzu pepper would make it taste like yuzu pepper, but that wasn't the case. Is it because of the strength of the soup? In other words, medium-thick noodles are the correct answer. I think the seasoning had a good balance between the flavor of salt and the chicken broth. I've said this before, but I think the food will stand out better if the lighting is a little brighter. Also, since the lemon will get in the way, I'd like a small plate where I can hide it. Also, it might be a good idea to make sure that the chicken that is cooked at a low temperature is not affected by the heat of the soup, like Shin Tokorozawa's Kinari. The substitute balls were voluminous, and the cheese rice I had later was also enjoyable. However, recently, there have been times when it's not open, so I'm not sure if I should include it as an option for lunch (`・ω・´) I hope it's open when it should be open. If you don't, you'll end up missing out... It's pretty tough for workers who have limited lunch time, isn't it? (-_-;)
