グランディオ立川のレストラン街にある
【陳建一麻婆豆腐店 グランデュオ立川店】さんに久しぶりに伺いました。
オープン当時は、やっぱりあの陳建一の麻婆豆腐は一味違うな～♪なんて感心したのを覚えています。
平日１２時頃に伺って店内８割ぐらいの入店状況。
数年前までは並んでいた印象でしたが平日は並ばず入れるのかな？
店内に入ってランチメニューを確認すると
【陳建一の麻婆豆腐セット】のみの１択。
昔はエビチリとかありましたが１択になったんですね。私は麻婆豆腐しか選ばないので問題無しです。
今回は300円プラスで水餃子、更に100円プラスで杏仁豆腐をお願いしました。
注文時に麻婆豆腐の辛さを聞いてくれるので『大辛』でお願いしました。
待つこと３分でご提供！
麻婆豆腐１択にしたことで提供時間も短くなったようですね。お盆に麻婆豆腐、スープ、ライス、搾菜です。
麻婆豆腐
赤みの強い麻婆豆腐で表面に油が浮いています。
思ったよりも辛くなく今までのイメージ通り痺れ、香りを感じるで変わらず美味しく
卓上の調味料で更に自分好みにカスタマイズ出来ます♪
追加の水餃子
厚めの皮がモチモチで美味しい♪
追加の杏仁豆腐
陳建一麻婆豆腐店と言えば麻婆豆腐より杏仁豆腐が美味しいイメージで
これが100円で食べれるのは凄く嬉しい♪
また変わらず、ごはん、スープはお代わり無料なので、どちらもお代わりさせて頂きました。
あと頻繁にお水のお代わりを入れてくれるのも辛い麻婆豆腐のお店なんでいいサービスですね。
総合的にグランデュオでのランチと言えば【陳麻婆】と言われるほどの代表店。
サービス内容は数年前とさほど変わらず、
価格も思ったよりも値上げしていないのでありがたいです。
