立川のグランデュオといえば、以前はテナントに中華料理店を集めた一大中華街というものであったが、大改修で様変わりして、寂しいことこの上ない。
リニューアルの後も、残党が三店舗あったが、新宿在住時代から通っていた随園別館の、グランデュオ支店も先日撤退してしまい、このビルに立ち寄る理由は、今はもう、陳さん頼みだ。
麻婆豆腐一択のメニューは、信頼の味と言えるもので、一度食べると癖になる美味さ。
固めに炊き上げたご飯はお代わり可能故、「お勧めの辛さ」から、卓上の香味と辛味を使って、ギアチェンジを楽しめる。
追加できる点心と、杏仁豆腐で、満足感は高い。
杏仁は水気の少ないタイプで、手作り感が少なく好みではないのだが、美味であることに間違いはない。
麻婆豆腐セットに、水餃子、杏仁豆腐で、〆て¥1.7k。
麻婆豆腐の商品力から考えると、ご時世とはいえ、立川でこの価格設定は、客を選ぶことになるかもしれない、という印象が残る。
