近江源助の【近江牛すきやきコース】
だいぶ冷える季節になってきたので、
すき焼きでも食べようと、
近江牛を取扱っている
立川の"近江源助"に行ってきた。
予約する際に、
"近江牛のすきやきコース"を注文。
行ってみると、
ほぼ満席の雰囲気で、賑わっていた。
ビールで乾杯し、
お通し、前菜でチビチビやった後、
近江牛が運ばれてきて、
待ちに待ったすき焼きタイムがスタート！^^
舌触りが良い滑らかな肉質に、
脂身ももたれる感じがしなくて、
すき焼きにピッタリ！^^
また、近江牛は、
他の三大和牛の松坂牛、神戸牛と比べて、
懐にも優しいので、有難い！^^
一方で野菜類は、前菜もそうだったが、
近江周辺の近畿エリアの産地を使っているとの事で
コンセプトがしっかりしたお店だと思いました。
値段も@10,000円以下と、
内容からすれば手頃で、
コスパ面でも満足できるお店だと思います。
近江源助の【近江牛のすきやきコース】
"近江源助"は、
立川駅北口からほど近い雑居ビルの3Fにある
近江牛を食べさせてくれるお店。
寒い日が続いているので、
"すき焼きコース"を予約して行ってきた。
"すき焼きコース"は、以下で構成されていて、
肉は、近江牛の他にも山形牛等も選べるようだったが、
無論、近江牛をチョイスした。

先ずは前菜が運ばれてきて、無難なクオリティ。
メインの近江牛は、
結構大雑把に盛り付けられて運ばれて来た、、、^^;
1枚目の肉は、店員が焼いてくれて、
濃い色をした溶き玉子に付けて食べてみると、
まろやかな旨味がある牛肉で、
なるほどこれは満足！^^
続いて、野菜を鍋に敷き詰めるところまで
店員がやってくれて、その後はセルフ。
〆は、複数のメニューから選べ、
うどんをチョイスしたが、
これは、店員が作ってくれた。
デザートのフルーツも
新鮮で美味しかったです。
肉のクオリティ、コースの内容からすると、
価格も手頃で使い勝手の良い店だと
思いました。^^
