I ordered the red and shoulder loin, and as expected, it is Wagyu beef, Omi beef, moist and flavorful, the meat quality is excellent, and the orange egg with a rich yolk also works as a supporting role. You can choose from three types of finishing touches, but I ordered Ise udon. Fluffy and chewy udon is hard to find in the Kanto region, but if you're used to Sanuki or local flour, why not?
