東京都立川市。JR立川駅前のペデストリアンデッキから伊勢丹立川店を目指すと、伊勢丹の入口の前にスタイリッシュな外観のカフェを発見。
新たなサードウェーブか？と思いましたが、1975年に立川にオープンされた老舗喫茶とのこと。2022年にリニューアルされたそうです。
砂糖が効いた『プレーンマフィン（350円）』と『ブレンドコーヒー・デカフェ（450円）』の組み合わせ。香り豊かなコーヒーは丁寧に淹れられた印象があります。
姉妹店『エミリーフローゲ』から仕入れる菓子やパン等も次回は楽しみたいですね♪
