『★北海道物産』さんで新鮮な海鮮を堪能した後、二次会です。20歳になりお酒を飲み始めた頃...縁があり頻繁に通っていたお店です。アクアパッツァやタラモサラダ等、当時は初めて出会うお料理が多々あったり...ワインの知識などを当時の店長さんからいろいろ教えてもらったり...思い出深いワインバーです

ちょっとタラコ感が薄くなってる気もしたけど...
相変わらず美味しい✨
大好きな洋梨•ベーコンのピザは
生地の薄さといい
洋梨の甘み•ベーコンの塩味といい
当時と変わってなくて感動✨✨

トマトソース？ミートソース？ベースのスパゲッティに
ホワイトソースとチーズがたっぷりかけられ
カリカリに焼き上げられ

初めてゴルゴンゾーラやカマンベールチーズに蜂蜜をかけて食べた時は衝撃を受けたり...
ちょっと背伸びをして世界三大シャトーの赤ワインをいただいたり...
赤ワイン好きになったきっかけを作ってくれた

内装もフードメニューもほぼ当時のままで
今の時代だと洗練された印象はありませんが
昔からの老舗イタリアンの味をきちんと引き継がれていて、素晴らしいと思いました。
落ち着いた空間で、ゆっくりワインをいただきたい方には、オススメのお店です
