立川伊勢丹レストラン街のお店です。
平日、開店時間の11時少し前に到着。レストラン街の各店舗前には開店を待つお客さんが結構いらっしゃいます。
キハチ前の椅子にも3組ほど先客さんがお待ちでしたのでその後ろに陣取り、外看板のメニューを吟味。ほどなくしてオープンし、順次店内に案内されました。
外の見える明るい店内で、キッチンはガラス張りという演出力の高いお店ですが、おひとりさまの私は壁際角のやや暗めな2人掛けに通されてしまい、ちょっと残念。
パスタランチ 2420円
アンティパスト、パスタ、コーヒーのセットです。
メインのパスタは3種類（アラビアータ、カルボナーラ、ペペロンチーノ（増額））からチョイス。国産鳥とスナップエンドウのグリーンカルボナーラ生ハムを添えてにしました。
アンティパストはボリュームあるサラダの生ハム添え。メインと生ハムかぶりですが、美味しいので良しとします。
メインのパスタは、グリーンピースの爽やかさが加味された濃厚すぎないカルボナーラ。柔らかい鶏肉もたっぷり入っていて食べ応えもありますね。
食後に濃い目のコーヒーをいただいて満腹です。
明るい雰囲気でお料理も美味しかったのですが、全体のバランスとしてはサービスがちょっと追いついてないかな。お冷のタンブラーも料理の臭いがかなりうつってしまっていましたので、そういった細かいところに気を配っていただけるといいですね。
