ここバンセットは立川の人気店ですので今までも何回か電話をいれても
満席ばかりでした。で今回、運よく平日のランチということもあってか
予約が取れました。
実は12月に受けたドックのマンモグラフィーでひっかかりました。
この日、エコーで再検査。そして異常なし!とドクターからの
回答をもらいましたので晴れやかな気分でこちらにうかがいました。
検査に時間がかかり、友人を待たせてしまいましたがお店の
予約時間には間に合いました。
検査結果によってはランチどころではなかったのかもしれませんが、
自分の中で大丈夫!!といった思いが強かったで予定通りでしたね～。
店内はもう100%女性客でうまっていました。
コートを預け、着席。すでににぎやかな店内です。
ランチ 本日のコース 2100円
○本日のスープ
・信州産カリフラワーのスープ
甲殻類のクリーム
ほのかな蟹、海老?の風味のクリームスープ、チュールをくだいて
いただきます。カリフラワーは控えめでしたがバランスよく美味しい。
○メインのお料理
・本日の鮮魚ポアレ（この日はイトヨリ）
・柔らかく煮込んだ黒豚のロースト 紅玉とシュークルト
・香ばしく焼いたフランス産鴨モモ肉のコンフィ
の中から、柔らかく煮込んだ黒豚のロースト 紅玉とシュークルトを
互いにお願いしました。
肉は種子島産の黒豚とのこと。インカの目覚めのガレットの上に乗っています。
そしてローストされた黒豚の上にシュークルト、紅玉りんご、菜の花が
あしらわれています。肉はホロホロとくだけるほどの柔らかさ。
インカの目覚めの甘い感じ、シュークルトの酸味、紅玉の甘い香りとが
とてもよくマッチしていました。これは充実感がありました。
パンも小ぶりですがお替りもいただけます。

・ホワイトチョコを練り込んだケーキ、チョコレートのソルべ オレンジソース
○食後のお飲み物
・コーヒーをお願いしました。他に紅茶、ハーブティなどありました。
コスパ的にはまあこんな感じかもしれませんが、しいて言えば前菜が1品
あるとよいと思いましたね。スープ～メインが前おきなくやってきた
といった感じでしたので。
どのテーブルもおしゃべりに花が咲いています。ランチは入れ替わり無く
1ラウンドのみですね。あとから入った私たちがいちばんで席を立ちました。
無罪放免の検査結果と美味しいランチにより、軽やかな気分で午後からの仕事に戻れましたよ。
