今回は、私の誕生日で、サプライズでこのレストランに連れてってもらいました( ´ ▽ ` )ﾉありがとう〜。
久々にフレンチのコース料理を食べましたが〜やはり美味しい所は本当に美味しいです。
まず、本日のアミューズは、パウンドケーキでして、桜エビとオリーブの実が入っていてなんとも上品。カリフラワーのソースを付けて食べました。このパウンドケーキってのは、甘くないんだなあ（笑）桜エビの風味がとてもいい味で、カリフラワーのソースも自然な甘さで、とても美味しいです。生ビール（プレミアムモルツ）と一緒にいただきました。
そして前菜。
全てにおいて野菜がフレッシュで美味しく、特に、チーズを添えた野菜のマリネは美味しかった〜。全体的に素材の味がよく活きていました。
キジの肉のテリーヌもありまして、キジの肉を初めて食べました。キジさんありがとう（笑）
次に、本日の野菜料理。
オニオングラタンスープ。
これは、本当に美味しいお味でして、簡単に説明すると、オニオンスープとグラタンが一つになったようなお味でして、、、そのまんま、、（笑）
美味しい。オニオンスープの上にパンを浸し、その上にチーズをちらしてオーブンで焼いたものでした。食べているうちに、下のほうにオニオンがトロトロに煮込まれたものがあり、それとチーズの焼けた香ばしさがプラスされて、なんとも美味しかったです^_^。
そして、メインのお料理。
僕が頼んだのは、牛ヒレ肉のステーキ、赤ワインソース。これを赤ワインをたしなみながらいただきました。
ヒレ肉が淡白な分、肉が柔らかく、ナイフでも簡単に切れてとても食べやすく、牛肉のうまみがガツンと来る、赤ワインにぴったりの料理でとても美味しい。野菜類も美味しく調理してありまして、特に芽キャベツはホクホクして美味しかったです。この料理も素材の味が活きていて、とても上品な気分でいただきましたo(^_^)o。
連れちゃんが頼んだのは、仔羊の煮込み。
この料理も素材の味が出ていて、ラム独特な風味も強く、とても柔らかく煮込まれたものでした。僕はラム肉はあまり得意じゃないので、なんとも言えませんが、きっと好きな人にはものすごく美味しいものだと思いました^_^。ソースもお肉に合っていました。
そして、、店員さんがオルゴールを流しながらやってきて、誕生日と言う事もあって、ケーキが出され、プレートには、ハッピーバースデーと、自分の名前が筆記体で書かれていて、店員さんたちも拍手して祝ってくれました、、、ありがとう(Ｔ＿Ｔ)少し恥ずかしいですが、連れちゃんと店員さんたちからのサプライズでした^_^。
全体的にお店の雰囲気も、店員さんの気遣いもいいお店でした( ´ ▽ ` )ﾉ！！
