Dinner on Saturday, August 27, 2022. With my partner. Work in Murayama in the afternoon. We also had dinner in Tachikawa. As I walked through the south exit, wondering what I should eat, I found this restaurant I had never been to before. So I went in to try Gyoza / Dumpling. Otoshi (300 yen) is shredded cabbage. I ordered a draft beer, ordered Gyoza / Dumpling fried dumplings (3 pieces: 330 yen), shrimp shiso (3 pieces: 360 yen), and substituted Gyoza / Dumpling soup Gyoza / Dumpling (I ordered sesame sauce or green onion, so I used sesame sauce) (5 (3 pieces: 500 yen), Tsukimi Gyoza / Dumpling Tsukune (700 yen), and a little later I ordered grilled Gyoza / Dumpling (3 pieces: 360 yen). In addition to soy sauce, vinegar, and chili oil, Gyoza / Dumpling also comes with mixed salt, curry salt, yuzu ponzu sauce, and plum sauce. I think that kind of idea is good. Gyoza / Dumpling is pretty average. The Tsukimi Gyoza / Dumpling Tsukune was a normal Tsukimi Tsukimi Tsukune, I couldn't tell which part of it was Gyoza / Dumpling, but it was the most delicious. The runner-up is Chizu, eaten with curry salt. The two of us drank 6 draft beers and the bill was 6,330 yen. There were 17,126 new infections in Tokyo today. Nationwide, the number was 180,125.
