This is a very famous restaurant, as they buy the whole Yamagata beef cow. I recommend making a reservation even on weekdays. There aren't many seats, but it's spacious and comfortable. If you tell them your budget and the part you want to eat, they will provide you with good meat according to your request. The tongue is recommended. The underside is only lightly grilled so it remains soft but is quite filling and very tasty. Other meats are also very high quality and very satisfying. Although this is a Yamagata beef restaurant, they also recommended Yonezawa pork, which I thoroughly enjoyed. This was also soft and very tasty. I regret forgetting to take a photo. The price is reasonable, but for this quality I was very satisfied and would recommend it.
