武蔵村山市の日本そば屋、入清(いりせい)さんでランチを頂きました。
お腹が空いていたので大盛りを頼んで、出された量にしばし呆然。
まさかの三段盛り。
肉汁そば（大盛) 950円
肉汁のとダシが見事に合わさったツユが絶品！
美味しい美味しいと連呼しながら、あっという間に三段たいらげてしまいました。
コストパフォーマンスも、味も、周囲のお蕎麦屋さんと比較して頭一つ抜けた名店です。
