年末から年始にかけて
伊勢丹に注文したお節や、作ったお煮しめ、雑煮を家族や親戚といただき
自宅でゆっくりと過ごした
２０２０年、初めての外食は立川トレモンテさん
和食にもそろそろ飽きてきていたので
美味しいお料理と、ワインが飲みたくなってきていた
１月３日、八王子〜立川辺りで、空いているお店を検索
トレモンテさんが空いていてネット予約
前菜、手長海老を使った
ハーブ、野菜、食用花との盛り合わせ
手長海老の火入れはごく軽く
お刺身のような感覚
ソースがアクセントになり、美味しい
雲丹を使った、イカミスのパスタ
カジキマグロと大根のスープ仕立て
あっさり味だけど、スープに深みがある
メインは牛ステーキ
ソースが牛肉を引き立て焼き加減よく美味しい
芽キャベツが付け合わせ
仕事初めは、6日 美味しいお食事で満たされた
