急な集まりで立川で一杯やることになり
連れが事前予約してくれました
人気店らしく予約で夕方から一杯になる店とのことです
５時過ぎにはいると既に何組かサムギョプサルを焼いてました
ビールとサムギョプサル２人前（バラ肉厚切り4枚と大量キムチ）
実はサムギョプサルは初めての経験で、斜めになった鉄板で
バラを焼き流れ出た油とキムチを炒め合わせて
サンチュにコチュジャン ネギ えごまの葉などと包み
一口でドーン！
焼肉屋で似たような食べ方はしていましたが
正統派の食べ方は初めてです
続いてプルコギの辛いやつとか
チヂミとか数品を食べたら すでにお腹が一杯で
鉄板でチャーハンを作るのが人気らしいのですが
〆までたどり着けずに終了となりました。
確かにうまい焼肉でした。
店内は韓流スターのＰＶが流れ、曲が流れています
それ目当てなのか女性比率が高く７割程度でしょうか
次はサムギョプサルは少なめにして他の料理を
食べてみたいと思います。
たらふく食べて、結構飲んで お会計は
1人3,500円程度でしたから
他の焼き肉屋と比較して大変お得な気分です。
