立川市の北部に"甚五郎"という
美味しいうどん屋があると誘われて、
車で向かってみると、
やや寂しそうな街並みにあった民家の前には
14時だというのに行列ができていた。
ウェイティングボードに名前を書き、
30分ぐらい待ってから相席で入店。
注文したのは、"ごぼう天うどん"。
すると、
かき揚げ仕様に揚げられたごぼう天と
見た目からして美しい
かけうどんが運ばれてきた。
うどんは平打ちでしっかりコシもあり、
歯応え良し、味良しで美味しい！
また、かけつゆも上質な出汁で、
優しさもあり、キレもあり、言うことなし！
そして、ごぼう天は、サクサク！
このかけうどんにピッタリでしたー！^^
交通の便が悪い地にありながらも、
人気が高いのが、
それと分かる納得のお店でした！^^
