JR中央線立川駅南口から徒歩5分程度のところにある焼肉屋さんです。
ちょっとシックな内外観なのと、私はランチに伺ってカウンター席について食事をした関係もあり、
一般的な網を囲んだ焼肉屋さんのイメージと少し違います。
特にランチは。
焼肉屋さんで（特定の極端な人気店を除いて）ランチが繁盛しているところって私はあまり知らないのですが、
こちらは周辺勤務のビジネスマンを中心に、なかなか人が集まってきます。
駅から遠くはないのですが、人通りの多い繁華街からちょっと外れたところにあるのですが。
なかなかの実力店なのかもしれません。
私の伺った平日のランチタイムは7,8割席が埋まってました。
さて、ランチメニューはブランド豚の生姜焼きやサイコロステーキなど牛肉の料理など数種類。
今回はTOKYO Xの豚丼を頂くことにしました。
ちなみにドリンクはフリーで、アイスコーヒーをもらいました。
オーダーからしばし待つとお盆に乗って料理が登場。
早速頂きます。
【TOKYO Ｘ 豚丼】
見た目丼とは言い難い四角い台形の器に入ったお洒落な豚丼。
そして、サラダとスープ。
で、で、で、で、この豚丼旨かったー。
北海道十勝で食べた豚丼に負けてなかったです。
ブランド豚は伊達じゃないですね。
甘辛のタレでかなり味覚はそっちに持ってかれますが、
適度な厚みのある肉は柔らかくもしっかりした歯応えがあり、噛んでてじわっと旨味を感じます。
そして多少ついた脂身もふわとろと優しく溶けていくのでした。
そんな肉の下に甘辛ダレをよく吸った白米。
これも一緒に噛むと米粒の甘みがじわじわ感じるわけで。
お洒落な器に入っていますが、丼ってやっぱり良いですね。
別皿のサラダはサニーレタスとコブサラダドレッシング。
スープは飲んでみるとキノコとワカメのたっぷり入った味噌汁でした。
立派な昼ごはんになりました。
うむ、人気も納得。
目立ちませんが、普段使いのランチの選択肢の１つになりました。
