TOKYO X is a Tokyo brand pork known only to those in the know. I had the assorted platter, offal, and samgyeopsal. It tastes lighter than I expected. The miso-flavored offal was exquisite. Since it was basically light, the next stage was definitely beef. no doubt. It's delicious. But the most delicious thing was probably the cheese risotto (lol).I felt that the beer mug was a bit small. The highball was also weak, and I wish they would try a little harder on the alcohol.
