[2023/12/22] Yesterday's lunch. I tried to choose places where I could easily eat nearby. That is "DANRAN-tei". It seems to be a Yakiniku (Grilled meat) restaurant where you can eat TOKYO X. However, yesterday, the ventilation fan in the kitchen was out of order, so we were unable to order anything that required cooking in the kitchen, so we had a limited menu of stone-grilled bibimbap, kalbi soup, and table-cooked Yakiniku (Grilled meat) set meals. did. Well, I wanted to eat the Wagyu Yukhoe Stone-grilled Bibimbap from the beginning, so I didn't really have a problem with it. Drinks are self-service. I had an iced coffee for the first cup, and a hot coffee after the meal. The taste of the coffee doesn't seem to be anything special. Now, the Wagyu Yukhoe stone-grilled bibimbap also came out. Comes with salad and soup. There's a lot of Yukhoe on it. The salad is cabbage only. The soup was quite salty. Now, let's mix it up. Hmm? Is the rice soft...? It's starting to get a little sticky. Maybe you couldn't adjust the cooking temperature because you couldn't use the ventilation fan...? I was told, ``Please be careful that the stone pot is hot,'' but the stone pot isn't that hot, and it doesn't sizzle when you stir it, and the meat and eggs don't cook well, so they remain raw. Since I couldn't use the ventilation fan, I had to keep the heat in the stone pot a little low, so instead of adding sesame oil and adding the rice when it was sizzling, I guess I took the stone pot off the heat and then added the rice...? I'm not sure, but I felt that the stone-grilled bibimbap, which doesn't burn, was a little lacking. However, the gochujang that was brought to me later was very spicy and delicious. I'll have to try it again after the ventilation fan is fixed.
