すき焼き定食。
以前、大阪で午前の11時前にランチを済ませなくてはいけない時に、どこも開いていなくて。
彷徨ってやっと見つけたやよい軒で
このメニューを食べた時に
とてもおいしかったので
もう一度食べたいと思っていました。
16時過ぎまでランチを食べていなかった時に、
こんな中途半端な時間に空いていたこちらのお店に飛び込みました。
大阪でのことを思い出して
すき焼き定食にしたのですが、
こちらのは…残念な感じでした。
お味がまとまっていない。
煮詰まっている。
大阪の味を思い出せなくなりました。
お店の人も…。
スミマセン、こんな時間に食べに来てしまって…。
と思わず謝りたくなる雰囲気で。
美味しさよりも、
どんな時間でも食べることができる利便性を求めて、
他に行けるお店がなければ
行くこともあるかもしれないけれど。
もう、こちらのチェーン店で食べることはないです。
やっぱりチェーン店、苦手…。
