素敵な店が更に素敵になりました！
素敵な店を見つけましたが、残念なことに・・・
この日は久しぶりに立川で飲み会。
ネットで調べ、評判のこの店へ初訪問しました。
料理は、予約の際に5500円也の牡丹コースを頼んであります。
カウンターに席を取り、目の前の調理風景をチラチラ見ながら、料理を頂きます。
先付けから始まり、向付、椀物、蒸物、揚物、酢物、焼物、食事、留椀、甘味まで、ほぼ安定したペースで提供されます。
量も味わいも良し。
お酒の方も生ビールから始め、一白水成、そして、くどき上手と日本酒も美味し。
文句ないところなんですが、誠に残念なことに、この店はタバコがオーケーなので、隣席から紫煙(紫怨？）が無粋に漂ってきます。
10年前まで自分も吸っていたので、その気持ちはよく分かりますが、食を愉しむ場所ではNGでしょう。
サービスのポイントが2.5なのは、そういう意味です。
素敵な店をもっと素敵にするため、お店の方から意識を変えて欲しい。

緊急事態宣言が解除された2021年の10月上旬、一年と四ヶ月振りに再訪しました。
前回と同様に、5千5百円のコースを頼みました。
この日に並んだ品はこんな感じでした。
先付：青森県産 姫帆立と若布の辛子酢味噌磯
沖縄県産 水雲酢
鮟鱇の煮凝り
向付：バチ鮪 中トロ
福岡県産 鰆の焼霜造り
北海道産 甘海老 三種盛り
椀物：松茸の澄まし汁
蒸物：生青海苔餡 茶碗蒸し
揚物：千葉県産 鮃の天麩羅
酢物：螺貝と小肌の酢の物
焼物：栃木県産 和牛ランプ肉の炭火炙り焼き
食事：バチ鮪、赤身、真鯛、生しらす軍艦、梅紫蘇巻き
留椀：石蓴赤出汁椀
甘味：抹茶わらび餅と水菓子
いずれも、大層美味。
飲み物は、まず、生ビール。
一年ぶりの外飲みに、冷えたグラスが口に触れる前に軽く震え、一口飲むと、体全体がジーンと痺れました（笑）。
その後は、お勧めの辛口の日本酒を三種類ほど。
これも美味しかった。
前回訪問時に気になった紫煙は、全面禁煙となり、全く漂っていません。
素敵な店が更に魅力度を高めました。
