立川駅南口からすぐのビル3F、『五色』さんに、20時前、相方と夕食で訪問です。
昨年夏、日野のイオン店でランチしたのですが、良かった印象あり。北口にオイスターバーがあったり、立川にいくつか店舗あります。こちらは、以前、宴会で利用したことありますが、コロナで休業されてたりしてましたので、久方ぶりの訪問です♪
本店は、東京で唯一、駅がない市、立川のお隣武蔵村山市にございます。ディスってませんよ。(笑)
屋号は、二度ほど観光で訪れたことありますが、神秘的な色の沼が印象的な福島県五色沼からの『五色』のようですね。
待ちなしで落ち着いた雰囲気の店内へイン、宴会も入ってまして、なかなか盛況、カウンター席に着席です。
和モダンがコンセプト、ちょっと上級イメージ、釜飯いただきます♪
◇料理
・前菜（650円）
クリームチーズカツオ酒盗、小松菜ごま油の和え物、紅茶鴨。
・帆立貝のお造り（800円）
北海道産の天然殻付きの帆立、サイズはそれほどでもないですが、、貝柱、ヒモなど丸々いただきます。
・新たけのこ焼き（700円）
焼き風味よく、柔らかくてうまい！
・せせり２本（240円×2）
・つくね2本（480円）
備長炭焼き、まずます。
・鯛出汁釜飯（980円×２）
目的の釜飯は、鯛出汁をチョイス。鯛の出汁は最強、美味しい♪

・あべ 一合（950円）
純米吟醸生原酒。酒処新潟の小さい酒蔵のレアな日本酒。立川で飲めるのは五色さんだけらしい。おりがらみで酸味あり、なかなかグッド。
ちょっと驚いたのは、オープンキッチンの料理人さん、ほとんど皆さん（中国ではない）アジア系の方のようで、かなり手慣れた感じで和食、焼きものなど対応してます。複雑な気持ちあり、感心あり。(笑)
美味しい釜飯、ごちそうさまです。
