2023年1月15日（日）夕食。相方と。
午後村山で仕事。夕食は立川で。南口の居酒屋に行ってみた。2階に魚力が入っているビルの3階。
キッチンを囲むカウンター席に座る。生ビ－ルを注文。お通しは、クリームチーズの塩麹あえ、ほたるいかの沖漬け、ひめさざえのうま煮。このお通しは良かった。お造りの鮮魚三種盛り合わせ（1380円）、串焼の名物月見つくね（280円）と鶏皮（240円）を2本ずつ（鶏皮は塩で）、逸品料理のズワイガニのクリームコロッケ（750円）を注文した。
刺身の盛り合わせは、赤身、かんぱち、真鯛。ねとねとでまあまあおいしかった。ずわいがにのクリームコロッケもなかなかおいしかった。でも焼き鳥は良くなかった。皮はレアで脂まみれ。つくねはまったく普通。第一焼き鳥は焼き手が焼き場を離れては駄目でしょう。途中で焼き手が交代するのも駄目でしょう。焼き上がった焼き鳥をしばらく放置しておくのも駄目でしょう。
お代わりに僕が生ビールをもう1杯、相方が生グレープフルーツサワーを１杯飲んで、会計は6970円。あと、この店は、従業員に「ありがとうございます」と言うことを教えた方が良い。教えられていない従業員が可哀想だ。
