On this day, we mainly ordered from the recommended menu. “Kiwami Tongue Salt” uses the partial tongue at the base of the tongue and has a crisp texture. “Seared Wagyu Beef Loin Sushi” is grilled on a burner and then finished with soy sauce spray. You can enjoy it refreshingly. Both the sushi and the meat are large! “Kuroge Wagyu Beef Kalbi” is also quite good considering the price of 980 yen. It goes well with the shop's sweet Yakiniku (Grilled meat) sauce. In addition to a la carte, there are several courses available, and the prices are relatively reasonable, starting at 5,000 yen for 14 dishes. If you were to eat the same food in the city center, you would probably be charged at least 1.3 times more for the quality.
