インスタグラムでフォローしてる@yocchiharaさんがよく行ってる千珠へ行ってみた
インスタ映えしそうにチーズを削ってくれたシーザーサラダ
赤芯大根や黄人参等地場野菜がたくさん使われていました
原木生ハムから削ってくれたけど
映えがなかった生ハム
焼き上げた新玉ねぎの上に乗せて
これを見て今年は新玉ねぎを焼き上げて
岩塩とブラックオリーブを添えるの作ってなかったなと思いだした
ココ・ファーム・ワイナリーの2018 陽はまた昇る
ちょっと我が家好みと違うかも
ワイングラスもアンティークで見つけた物で出してもらったけど（フォトは忘れました）
白いグラスはワインの色が見えず・・・
グラスの口当たりも厚くて、結構重いグラスで
華奢なステムのZaltoのグラスに魅せられてるわ我が家はNGだわ
快くグラスを変えてくれてありがとう
前菜はスズキのポワレ
皮の焼目がパリパリと香ばしいスズキ
身は脂乗りも良くジューシーな仕上がり
タップリの野菜に焼き筍やエディーブルフラワー
カブと大根のソースが添えられた優しい味わい
宮崎牛はジューシーで柔らかで旨味がたっぷり
肉の旨味を味わいながら塩・ワサビ・おろし大根で味わえます
私は塩とワサビで楽しみました
ザワークラウトやいぶりがっこ入りのポテトサラダ
思わず出身地を聞いちゃったり
焼カマンベールはバケットに添えて
メープルシロップが結構がっつりかな
私は甘いの苦手系だから、チーズとバケットだけが好きかなぁ
ここでボトルワインがなくなったので
フランスのカベルネをグラスワインで頂くことに
アラカルトでピクルスを頼んだつもりだったけど
パテドカンパーニュにキュウリのピクルス乗せが登場だった
美味しかったけどもっとがっつりピクルスが食べたかった
いつものように途中から、フォトも忘れて
スイーツはイチゴが乗ったクリームドブリュレ
お隣にいらした方が発酵に関心を示していたので
お声を掛けてみたら
なんだかお話しが合って楽しい時間を過ごさせていただきました
