You can easily eat rare parts! !
I wanted to eat grilled meat in Tachikawa, so I went to the newly opened Gyuumi. The signboard looked like Steak restaurant, but the cow-shaped letters were cute. The interior of the restaurant, located one basement level, is decorated in red and black and feels like a high-end yakiniku restaurant. The menu has a standard menu and a secret menu, with the secret menu featuring rare cuts such as chateaubriand and zabuton. First, salt cabbage. The cabbage is fresh, cold and delicious. For the salad, try the classic Munchu salad. The kimchi seems to be handmade at the store. As for the meat, I ordered mainly rare parts because I was told that I could eat rare parts, but I don't think you can find meat of this quality at this price. In Tokyo, it's comparable to Champion and Yoroniku, but the price is definitely cheaper. Chateaubriand is so soft that it can be cut with chopsticks and melts in your mouth. Zabuton's high-quality oil is delicious. The specially selected tongue is cut thickly and is soft and chewy. Finally, I ordered Cold Noodles. The noodles are chewy and the soup has a strong flavor. For drinks, in addition to beer and shochu, there were several types of red and white wine, but I was glad that the selection was my personal favorite. California wines such as Carrera and Cloudy Bay! There was a slight increase in the variety of alcohol available, and there were rare items such as roast beef from Yakiniku (Grilled meat). I especially loved eating the luxurious chateaubriand with garlic soy sauce butter! Wasabi soy sauce is good, but this is also very delicious! The staff recommended something called the [Phantom Tongue], which I didn't have the last time I came! I was excited to eat the precious black tongue (though it was a normal color) and found it extremely soft! ! Even though it's thickly sliced, it's easy to bite into! As I'm writing this, I'm starting to really want to eat it...I'll be coming back next month to try Chateaubriand and the Phantom Tongue!

It's been a long time since I visited! After all, Chateaubriand's garlic soy sauce butter is irresistible! ! ! You can eat as many pieces as you want... Even though the tongue is thickly sliced, it's incredibly easy to eat and soft! ! ! The misuji that was served with the eggs was also great! There was a partition between the seats, making it a semi-private room! ! I'll come back later! !
