以前から目を付けていました、ここへやってきました。目を付けていた理由は、「野菜がたくさん食べられそう」ということです。
知人とやってきました。ランチ豚しゃぶ（９９９円）で、これで十分だと思いましたが、知人がドリンクバーが欲しいというので２００円プラスで付けました、ドリンクバーなんていらないと思いますが・・・・。私は黒ウーロン茶をチョイスしました。
ランチ豚しゃぶの制限時間は１時間ですが、それ以外のシャブシャブは５時まで食べ続けることができるそうです。もっとも、そんなに食べませんが・・・
シャブシャブの出汁は、白だしは基本でチョイスしないといけませんが、もう一種類はチョイスが可能、ということで豆乳タンタンスープをチョイスします。肉はオーダーで持ってきてくれるが、野菜はセルフで野菜コーナーから持ってくる、ということです。シャブシャブのタレは、セルフでコーナーから持ってきます。
周囲を見ていると常連さんが多いようで、最初に野菜をたくさん持ってきて、ドバドバ入れたり、シャブシャブのタレは近くの容器では無く、ご飯のコーナーにあるお茶碗を使うなどのテクニックが参考になりました。
肉は、バラとロースからチョイスできます。最初に基本の４枚が提供されますが、かなり薄くスライスされています。それを鍋に投入して食べると、ちょうどいい硬さになります。元の肉は安くて硬いことが想像されますが、この薄さならばちょうどいい感じですし、味も悪くありません。安く提供する工夫を感じました。
ここの目的は肉ではありません。野菜コーナーから野菜を持ってきて、野菜をたくさんいただき、満足しました。基本となる白だしの味は悪くなく、これに刻みネギを投入し、豚肉で巻いて食べたり、ほうれん草と豚肉を合わせておろしポン酢で食べれば常夜鍋風になります。まだまだ工夫して食べる方法はあると思います。
普段はあまり食べない知人とともに、約１時間食べ続けることができました。
野菜、豆腐などがたくさん食べられて満足です。
