さりげない小さな店舗。硝子戸越しにお客さんも男性ばかりが目立つ。
若い男性店員は、レジでお客さんのお会計を待っている所だったけど、目の前を通過する私に「いらっしゃいませ。」は無かった。
他にも男性店員が2人程見えたが、忙しいのか気づかない。
カウンターの隅を陣取り、直ぐにメニューが決まったので、コールボタンを押した。
男性店員へ麺大盛りの無料クーポンを出し、野菜たっぷりタンメン税込¥500をオーダーする。
しかし水を運んで来るのは後回しで、結構 時間が掛かった。
タンメンが出来るまで少々待たされた。
レンゲとは別に、野菜を食べやすいよう、水を切る様な小さな穴が幾つもあいた、専用スプーンも用意され、私の知っている他の支店ではない細かな配慮があった。
タンメンの上にてんこ盛りの野菜が乗り、粗挽き黒胡椒がちょっぴり振りかけてあった。実食するとむせる程ではなく、本当に隠し味程度の微量。
もちもちした平たい太麺に塩味のスープがよく馴染みとても美味しい❗️
炒めた野菜が入っているので、淡泊になりがちな塩味に適度な油分が加わり食欲を増す❗️
とても円やかな塩スープが口当たりが良く、気づけば殆ど完食してしまった。
野菜たっぷりタンメンの麺大盛りは、女性にはかなりのボリュームなので、食べ終わるまで随分 時間を要した。
しつこい味でないから、量の割に後味がさっぱりしている。
