今日も暑いので、すだちおろし冷がけをオーダー、お供には長茄子と鳥の天ぷら、そしておいなりさんを別皿にて。早速すだちをすすってツルリ！すだちの香りとおろしと出汁が相まってひんやりと良い感じです。長茄子と鳥天にはテーブルに置いてある出汁醤油を掛けて丁度良い感じです。夏はやはり冷たいうどんですね！涼しくなります。
