丸亀製麺って、天丼用の白ごはんと天ぷらを頼むと
天丼にも天ぷらにも合うタレを渡してくれるんだけど
これが卓上に常備されてるタレと違ってソース感もなく
出汁と醤油で勝負した感じのアッサリ感絶妙なタレなのだ。
今回はそのアイテムと共にランチを楽しんでみた。
鶏唐オロシブッカケ
ツヤッツヤのウドンに透明感のある旨みたっぷりな出汁をぶっ掛け、鶏唐揚げ、大根おろし、ナスの揚げ浸し、柚子がトッピングされてる、そんな内容。
ウドンは冷水でしっかり締められていて
もっちり感の中にもしっかりと感じる粘りとコシが感じられ、麺肌は滑らかで喉越しもツルッとした心地よいもの。
出汁は醤油感は薄く。出汁感を引き出してるバランス
アッサリしているが、しっかりと旨味も堪能出来る。
相変わらずの丸亀製麺クオリティだと思った。
具の鶏唐揚げは揚げたて熱々、胡麻の入った甘辛いタレが掛けられていて、白飯と一緒にかきこむと抜群の相性を発揮してくれる。
白飯は硬めの炊き具合なのが実にいい
いか天も揚げたて熱々、サクサクの衣、めちゃくちゃ柔らかい身、しっかりと旨味甘味も滲み出る仕上がり。
そいつに天丼用出汁をしっかりと掛けて
白飯に乗っけて頬張るとあ〜実にうんまい！
後を追うように唐揚げを乗っけていか天と共にかきこむと最高のコラボが発生！
いか天鶏唐白飯の三角食いの織りなす素晴らしき世界
