立川のIKEAに行く予定があり
せっかくなので美味しい立川グルメが
ないかな〜と探していました！
お腹の気分がラーメンだったのもあって
立川で美味しいと言われてるラーメン屋は
あるのか！と、調べてみると沢山出てくる..！
もうだいぶ前、私が19歳だった頃に
東京に住んでた事があるのですが
初めて働いた場所こそが立川でした~！
変わらない雰囲気と、新しい施設とで
良い街だな〜と改めて感じられます。
楽観は、駅から15分しないほどで到着。
ビルの感じを見ると夜のお店が入ってるのかな？
この日は土曜日だったのでもしかしたら
並ぶかなと覚悟してましたがちょうど
入店と同時に帰る方がいたのですぐ入れました。
真珠(塩)琥珀(醤油)があり味噌は有りません。
醤油が美味しいとの口コミが多かったですが
彼が醤油を。私はせっかくなので塩を注文。
プラスお腹ぺこぺこだったので明太子ご飯も。
塩のスープはとてもあっさりで全部飲めてしまう..
麺は細麺だがスープもよく絡んでてとても美味しい。
浮いてる白いのは玉ねぎで玉ねぎの食感も
アクセントになってて◎
醤油の方も味見。醤油の方が人気なのが
わかる気がしました（笑）めちゃ美味しいのです。
とにかく色々感じるだしと醤油の味が最高でした。
チャーシューもめんまも美味しかった。
