真珠か琥珀かと聞かれ
琥珀を選択
２分でチャーシュー丼が着丼したため
先にいただくが
マヨの酸味としょうゆの塩加減が強く
旨味を感じず塩辛い印象
私の口には合わず少し残してしまいました。

見た目が素晴らしい！
ずっと眺めていられる美しさ
澄んだスープに浮かぶ鶏油の香りもgood
麺はストレート細麺で
スープとのバランスも良く
とても美味しくいただけました。
焦がししょうゆの味が特徴的で
他にも色々な工夫がされてると感じる
他店では食せない価値あるラーメンでした。
チャーシュー丼を先に食べなければ良かったと
お店を出てから反省です。
真珠は、塩のようなので
近く伺った際は、また訪問したいと思います。
