今年初の映画と共に、今年初の外食ランチです。
昨年2022年最後のランチも立川だったのですが、2023年の最初のランチも立川です。
最後のランチはカレーだったのですが、最初のランチはラーメンでした。
現在、外装工事されているビルに入っている、こちらのお店は『楽観』さんです。
ほぼ営業開始時間に近い、11時05分にお邪魔してきました。
初めてなので、ちょっと躊躇しそうになったのですが、シンプルながら美味しそうな外にあったメニュー看板を見て、入ることを決意！？
こちらは、食券を購入するスタイルで

ビルの入り口を入って、さらにこちらの扉を入るとすぐに券売機があります。
「琥珀」は醤油ラーメン、「真珠」は塩ラーメン、「柘榴」は味噌ラーメンとなっていて、現在は「辛柘榴」という辛いラーメンもあるようです。
ちょっとそれもそそられたのですが、初めてのお店なので、お店のおすすめになっていたこちらをいただくことにしました！！
「特製琥珀」￥1000 です。
さっぱりしている醤油味なのですが、魚介出汁が効いていて美味しいです。
澄んだスープの塩分もちょうどいい感じで美味しい♪
麺はストレート麺ですがいい感じのモチモチ感があって、中華麺って云うよりもちょっとおそばっぽい感じに思えるような麺でした。
八王子ラーメンのように、玉葱のみじん切りが入っているのもよりさっぱりいただけて良かったです。
特製は海苔とあじ玉が入っていて、チャーシューが1枚多くなるだけなので、ラーメン自体を味わうなら普通の「琥珀」で十分かと思いましたが、まぁ最初はおすすめに従ってみるのもアリでしょ。
で、ランチタイムは、麺の大盛りまたは揚げ餃子3個が選べるそうで、わたしは揚げ餃子を選んでみました。
焼き餃子よりも熱々が続くようで、最後までハフハフしながら食べられましたよ。
テーブルにあるお酢やお醤油、ラー油などお好みでいただけます。
シンプルだけどおいしいラーメン屋さんだったので、また他の味を楽しんでみたいと思いましたが、ちょっと映画館からは離れているのよねぇ～。。。まぁ、いいけどね。
