立川駅北口徒歩5分位。
平日の13時半過ぎに訪問。
外メニューの先にビル入口の自動扉があり、その中に入ると右手にお店が！
少し分かりずらい‥。
並びもなく空席ありのため食券機にて特製真珠ラーメンなる塩ラーメン1080円をポチします。
1人での来店なのに、右奥の4人掛けテーブル席を案内され恐縮します。
10分程で着丼です！
透き通ったスープにチャーシュー、味玉、メンマ、海苔、ネギとオーソドックスな構成。
麺は細ストレートでパッツンまで行かないながら加水少なめな感じ。
スープを一口啜ると魚介の良い香りにアッサリした動物系スープが下支えしていてバランスの良い味！塩味もまろやかで全体的に優しい感じのスープです。
女性受けしそうなラーメンかも！
今度は琥珀（醤油味）を食べてみたいです。
