立川カクテルフェスタ2017
今年は『映画』がテーマ。
昨年は『シェリー酒を使ったカクテル』をテーマに立川市内の有志のBAR16店舗が参加されていました。
今年は11店舗が参加されています。
今年新しくオープンしたお店や今年初めて参加のお店を中心に少し回ってみることにしました。
それに今年はスタンプラリーみたいな券があって楽しいっ！！！
こちらBAR Zolddichは以前は立川屋台村パラダイス・通称ヤタパラ内にあって、昨年12月に今の場所に移転されたそうです。
立川北口、伊勢丹裏手。
エミリーフローゲのテラス側と・テイク ザ ハニー ジェラートの間の路地を進んだ右手の角にあります。
え？こんなところに？といった感じです。
中が見えない重いドアを開けるのもだいぶ慣れてきました。
いや、‘慣れ’ではなくたぶん年齢を重ねたせいだと思います。笑
カウンターの端っこに座りました。
★Resurrectionﾚｻﾞﾚｸｼｮﾝ)
ジェームスボンドが愛飲したと言われるヴェスパーを元に創作なさったそうです。
ジン(とウォッカ？)をベースになんと日本酒を加え、ジャパニーズジンジャーをピックに刺して沈めます。
え？ジャパニーズジンジャー？って思ったでしょ？笑
実は茗荷のことなんですって！
それ、おもしろ～い！
茗荷より玉ねぎの方が近いだろ！とバーテンダーのお兄さんが。ほんとそう。笑
茗荷のアップ写真も撮りましたが失敗しちゃって残念。。
そして日本各地の復興を祈ると説明に書かれていました。
お聞きしませんでしたが、たぶん使用した日本酒や茗荷の産地の復興、という意味なのだと思います。
このカクテルの名前Resurrection(ﾚｻﾞﾚｸｼｮﾝ)とは蘇生、復興という意味です。
その優しい深い思いを感じながらいただきました。
ヴェスパーとはマティーニの一種なので、キリッと辛口です。
私はお店でカクテル系を頼むときは甘口が多いので逆に新鮮な印象を受けました。
茗荷も時々カリッと。いい味出しています♪
バーテンダーさんとのお話がまた面白いんですよ～

常連さんには燻製料理が人気とのこと。
次回はそれを注文してみたいと思います♪
