和歌山の豚骨醤油という事で食べてみました。店で食べるのは初めてです。まろやかなスープで塩味はそこそこ、尖りまでに達していなくて良かったです。麺は細くて食べていると舌がチクチクを感じまして・・・・ん?これは辛味??感じるのは麺???この麺は好みでは無く普通の麺で食べてみたい衝動が発生。辛いラーメンは頼んでいませんのでコレが何なのかは解りません。さて、無料の味変コーナーがあり、辛モヤシがあったので嬉しかったです。しかし名前とは裏腹に辛くないモヤシです。これはチクチクのせいでしょうか。ご飯の盛りは良くてチャーシューとも相性良く食べる事が出来ました。感想としてはとにかく普通の麺を選択できればの一言に尽きて終わってしまいました。
