立川駅南口から徒歩3,4分ほど、ラーメン店が複数出店するたま館にある、立川マシマシ総本店へ。最近は名古屋周辺で店舗拡大中の立川マシマシです。
二郎系ラーメンですが、立川マシマシの特徴は冷やし中華と、他には無いマシライス。マシライスを注文しました。店内は中央を囲むカウンター席。
マシライス、タレに浸かった所謂ヅケアブラに、同じところで浸けたであろう挽肉のミンチがたっぷり。味付けがジャンキーかつ脂の甘さが非常に罪深い旨さ。脂で白飯を食べるという...挽肉とタレと脂のマッチングが最高です。黄身もマイルドさを増幅させます。
豚は脂身少し多めの大判のロールチャーシュー。二郎系で使われるものでは食べやすくもあります。
前から食べたかった立川マシマシのマシライス、予想以上に旨かったです。罪悪感もマシマシです。
