立川にて、お手軽＆無難に、牛タンをいただきました。
『青葉』の牛タンは、ほどよい厚みで、塩加減も問題ナシ。「とろろ」や「スープ」は、よい箸休めになりました。
タンシチューも、自宅で作るには、なかなかの手間を要すものですが、こういったお店で手軽に食べることができるのは、ありがたいですね。ごちそうさまでした。
