人間ドックで、ランチ用に1200円の食事券を
もらいました。
グランデュオのお店が対象でしたので、
入ったことのないこのお店をランチに利用しました。
青葉ランチ1738円
牛タン塩焼き 牛カルビたれ焼き
麦めし とろろ テールスープ付きです。
牛タンは高くなっているようで、
牛カルビとセットが青葉ランチとして
おすすめしていました。
ここの牛タンは、厚くて柔らかくて美味しい。
噛んだときのうまみの広がりは、ビックリした。
対して、甘めの味の濃い牛カルビ。
これはこれで、美味しいが、牛タンのうまみが
負けちゃうな。
カルビも塩とか焼いてもらえないかな。
テールスープの肉も大振りで、けっこう、
頑張っていました。
