2021年11月16日（火）昼食。
午後から村山で仕事。ランチは立川で。グランデュオの7階に行ってみた。まだ入ったことがなかった牛たんの店に入ってみた。
青葉焼きと牛たんシチューランチ（1958円）と、このセットにはとろろが付いていないので、追加とろろ（220円）を注文した。青葉焼きと牛たんシチューランチは、牛たん（塩焼き）、牛カルビ（たれ焼き）、牛たんシチュー、ミニサラダ、麦めし、テールスープという内容。
やがて出てきたそのランチ。牛たんはまあまあ、カルビは普通、シチューはとろとろの牛たんは良いのだが、シチューはしょっぱいのにこくがなくて今一つ。まあ普通だった。とろろを付けたのは正解。会計は2178円だった。
今ホームページを見ると、エステティックサロンなどを経営するロイヤル商事（株）という会社の経営で、青葉などの店名で今19店舗の牛たん店を経営しているようだ。仙台には店はないみたいだ。
