やっと、自分の誕生日に伺うことが出来ました！
水曜日なので予約しなくても大丈夫だろうと思ったのですが、直前になって心配になったのでオープン直後を狙って訪問。
入口からすでに♡。立川らしくなくお洒落。期待度アップ！しかし、やってない雰囲気・・・開けてみたら１番客でした。
メニューはグランドメニューと本日のメニューが半々くらいな印象。
暑い日だったのでまずは生ビールから。サッポロでした。ドライ派じゃないので好感大。
料理は悩んで黒板メニュー（本日のメニュー）から２皿。グランドメニューから１皿を注文。
まづはアルコールを頼むとサービスでサーブしてくれるビビのアミューズ。
コーンのムースでした。旨い！ハートをわしづかみされました。
生の後はワインを注文。ソムリエがいるお店なんて、立川ではケークーしか知らないので嬉！
旦那と別々の本日のグラスワインの白を注文。どちらもうまい！
次に前菜の盛り合わせがサーブ。
ワインに合う前菜って、これよ、これ！どれも美味しく、ワインにあいます！
次に黒板メニューの牛タンのサラダ仕立て（だったような・・・）
牛タンは肉厚でうまし！うー赤ワインを頼めばよかった・・・
と、いう事で白を急いで飲み干し、赤を注文。旦那、誕生日じゃないのにスペシャルの頼んでるーーー１杯２０００円！
と、赤も２種類注文。本日のグラスワインの８００円ですが、負けずに美味しかったです！
最後に、自家製パンと黒板メニューのオーストラリア産の子羊のステーキの登場。
私、羊が苦手なんですが・・・旨い！ワインに合う！
と、終始旨い！コールで終えることが出来ました。
この日は、気になるもう１軒に行きたかったのでここでお開き。
次回はラザニアとデザートまで逝きたいと思います。
