包み焼きハンバーグに惹かれて

立川のららぽーと内でランチを食べることになり、今回は1Fの前から気になっていたこちらのお店でハンバーグを食べることに。

気になるメニューの包み焼きハンバーグというと、昔食べたつばめグリルのハンバーグが思い出されますが、このコロナ禍の中でなかなか池袋辺りまで電車で出掛けるのも憚られます。
家から比較的近くで美味しそうなメニューを見つけて、ちょっと期待度が高まります。

注文したのは、特製ビーフシチューの包み焼きハンバーグ¥980(税別)を、ライスとスープのセットでお願いしました。

待つこと20分位、アツアツのホイール焼きが出て来ました。ビーフシチューは2切れしか入っていなかったですが、ドミグラスソースが濃厚で、味付けがとても美味しいです。ハンバーグも牛肉100%ではないみたいですが、お肉感もありジューシーで、期待を裏切ることはなかったです。

先のメニュー以外にも色々な洋食メニューがあるみたいで、また再訪してみたいです。
