休日に立川で用事があり、オープン11時に訪問。
ちょっと前にジョブチューンでフレッシュネスバーガーの回を見てから、ハンバーガーにハマり中。
どの街にもあるフレッシュネスも好きだが、有名な専門店も行きたいとこちらへ。
11時から並んでるかなーと思い立川駅から7.8分歩いて伺った。15分前に着いたら誰もおらず安心。
都心ならまだしも西国立じゃそんな並ばないんじゃないかという声もあるかもしれないが、何事も全力で臨みたいところである。
外観や中のレジの作りがアメ車仕様になっていたり、こんなにハンバーガー屋らしいハンバーガー屋に久しぶりに来たなと
ABCバーガー(¥1.960)と
自家製ソーセージ(¥750)
コーラを頼んでワクワクして待つ。
ちなみにABCはアボカドベーコンチーズの略みたい。
ソーセージがすぐ来た、ハンバーガーもそのあとすぐに。ハンバーガーってこんなに焼くの早いの！？
10分も経たずにきた！心の準備が
まずソーセージ。写真じゃ分かりづらいですが、やや小ぶりのフランクフルトってくらいのサイズ感でナイフで切ると肉汁ドパッ！っと。
こりゃうまい。うまいぞ。
からのハンバーガー
パティが、肉肉しい。粗挽きなんてものじゃない、、
どうやら肉を挽くというよりもブロック肉を刻んでハンバーグを作っているようだ。赤身と脂のバランスが良くて、本当に肉が美味い
少し厚みのあるベーコンも脂身が甘く美味しかったのですが、先に食べたソーセージとパティの脂で胃もたれするんじゃないかと思ったくらい重く感じたので、僕はベーコンなしのほうがタイプだなーと思いました。
にしてもアボカドが良い仕事してて、それをうまく抑えてくれたし、
レタス、オニオン、トマトにも助けられて、考えられたハンバーガーだなぁ、、と感じました。
ハンバーガーって料理はパンもパティも野菜も美味くないといけない、というよりお互いにお互いを補い合うチーム力の結束のような料理なのか！！と再発見しました。なので会社の上司や後輩と食べに来るのがいいかもしれません。
会社をハンバーガーで例えるとパティってやっぱ俺だよな、という傲慢なセリフを用意してね。
